Construction of dust collector in quarry:
1. Upper box: including dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, cleaning room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, and air outlet.
2. Medium box body: including flower board, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, and inlet door.
3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star shaped ash discharge valve, and support.
4. Anti blowing dust cleaning mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, loop anti blowing mechanism, circulating air duct, anti blowing pipe, anti blowing machine, and rotary arm deceleration mechanism.

Working principle of dust collector in quarry:
Filtering condition - The dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filtering chamber tangentially, due to the volute shaped inlet. Large particles and aggregated dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under centrifugal force. Small particle dust disperses in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtration chamber and is retained by the filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, purified air passes through the filter wall and collects through the filter bag guide on the flower plate in the clean room, and is sucked out by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere_ Working condition - As the filtering condition stops, the retained dust gradually thickens and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the anti blowing machine can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti blowing machine and the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism to stop the anti blowing. We can also provide supporting automatic control devices. A counter blowing airflow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered airflow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag and shaking off accumulated dust. Rotate the arm in turns and blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism is manually turned off or automatically stopped. In order to save the power of the anti blowing mechanism and reduce the anti blowing air volume, the three and four circle (i.e. 144ZC-II20ZC type) bag filter is equipped with a segmented anti blowing mechanism to blow only one filter bag at a time.

Maintenance instructions for dust collectors in quarries:
All maintenance related to dust filter bags can be carried out in the clean air chamber. The detachable top cover on top of the dust collector is used for inspection and replacement of filter bags. The following terms, as maintenance procedures, must be periodically checked to promote fault free operation
1. Conduct a routine inspection of every aspect of the equipment once a day.
2. Observe the entire cleaning cycle system on a weekly basis to confirm that the cleaning cycle, cleaning mechanism, and control system are operating normally. Check the sealing condition of the door.
3. Randomly select one to two filter bags from each filtration chamber every year, analyze and predict the service life of the filter bags and the necessary replacement situations.
4. Once there is an opportunity, or at least once a year, inspect the possible dust accumulation in the clean air section of the flower plate in each filter chamber of the dust collector, the condition of the filter bag, the dust accumulation in the ash hopper, and the air leakage situation.
5. Maintenance of each component.
